GoldPricer ("the App") is developed and operated by FutureTechiez ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you install and use our Shopify application.

1. Information We Collect

When you install GoldPricer, we access the following data from your Shopify store:

• Store information: Shop name, domain, email, and currency.
• Product data: Product titles, variant details, prices, and metafields — used to calculate and update prices based on your configured metal rates.

We do not collect any customer personal data, payment information, or browsing activity from your store's visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and sync product prices based on the metal rates and formulas you configure.
• To store your variant configurations, stone pricing slabs, and widget settings so they persist across sessions.
• To manage your subscription and billing through Shopify's Billing API.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your configuration data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We use encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) for all data transfers. Access to the database is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Your data is only accessed through Shopify's authenticated APIs and is used solely to provide the App's functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain your store and configuration data for as long as the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall the App, all associated data (shop record, product configurations, variant settings, and stone pricing) is permanently deleted from our database within 48 hours.

6. GDPR Compliance

We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks including customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us.

7. Cookies

The App does not use cookies or tracking technologies on your storefront. Within the Shopify admin, standard session management is handled by Shopify's App Bridge.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
